This is not the main book and in no way intends to replace it. It is however a SUMMARY which was calmly and marvellously written which:

Written in simple English Language that can be grasped by people of all levels.
Sufficiently summarizes some salient points that you were likely to miss out on.
It is pocket-friendly and equally time-friendly yet priceless.

Which of the following would you want to see happen in your life that will improve it? It's possible that you'd want to eat more healthily. You could have the desire to read more books, become fluent in a new language, or become an expert on the clarinet. It is simpler to say what changes you would want to make than it is to actually implement them and maintain those changes in the long run. Simply having the desire to consume more salad does not guarantee that you will. Even if you declare that you will read more books, it does not guarantee that you will choose to read War and Peace rather than watch endless episodes of your favorite show on Netflix.

But here is where routines come into play.

I'm going to summarize some of the most important points from James Clear's best-selling book Atomic Habits in the next few chapters.

We are going to find out that the secret to making significant changes in your life does not need to include great upheaval; you do not need to completely transform your behavior, nor do you need to reinvent yourself. This is something that we are going to learn together. Instead, you may make little adjustments to your behavior that, when performed on a consistent basis, will turn into habits that, when combined, will lead to significant improvements.
